Breaking: Lagos senator, Adebayo Osinowo, dies at 64


The National Assembly, Adebayo Osinowo popularly known as ‘Pepperito’ is dead.


He was said to have died on Monday after a brief illness at the age of 64.


Before moving to the National Assembly, Osinowo was a four-time member of the Lagos State House of Assembly.

Covid-19: Nigeria Records 681 New cases As Total Rises To 14,554

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) says it has recorded 681 new cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country. House of Assembly most misunderstood arm of Government – Senate president

President of the Senate, Ahmad Lawan, has said that the legislature is the most misunderstood arm of Government. Lawan stated this in his remarks sequel to a motion considered on International Day of Parliamentarism, sponsored by Senator Ifeanyi Ubah (YPP – Anambra South). WHO recommends measures for school reopening

The following strategies and adaptations were recommended by the United Nations health body, World Health Organisation (WHO) to be in place wherever possible to limit exposure to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19):   Educate everyone in the school about COVID-19 prevention, this includes appropriate and frequent hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, mask use if mandated, symptoms of COVID-19 and what to do if you feel sick.
